Hi, I promised you the feeling of joining an exclusive club,
so this is an insight of my diary. I will update it regularly
and keep you informed of what and where we think is hot and
what we`re up to and with who!!!
It has been a really busy couple of months for Nick and I.
As ambassadors for L`oreal Professional , we were invited
to present our collection for the Exposure Tour in Rome.
UK salons were invited for the weekend to experience our Red
Carpet Glamour Show. The team and I presented Demonstrations
and the show had some fabulous pieces from Alexander Mc Queen,
Vivienne Westwood and Amanda Wakeley to enhance the atmosphere
of extreme glamour.
Rome is the most fabulous city , we loved the atmosphere and
will definitely return and discover the right places to go,
shame about the weather it never stopped raining.
South Africa was the same week. For someone that hates flying,
7 flights with the worst turbulence ever. The country and
people made us very much at home. This is where we were invited
as guest artists to present our latest collection at the finale
for the L`oreal Professional Colour trophy to an audience
of 3000 in Johansburg. What a night!
Then the whirlwind trip took us to Durdane and Capetown for
full day seminars and workshop. What a great experience and
what enthusiastic audiences.
Christain Lacroix Show at the Victoria and Albert Museum,
was something special. The night before we met and had drinks
with Christain at Blakes.
Blakes is a very intimate hotel, with a fabulous bar full
of A list celebrities... The day comprised of 3 shows throughout
the day with the final show at 8.00 for VIP`s only. The show
was 25 models in Christain`s latest collection that can only
be described as exquisite, with Lilly Cole in the finale.
The evening was then catching up with old friends like Zandara
Rhodes, Vivienne Westwood, Sir Micheal Bishop, Hilary Alexandra
and Cheryl Howard PR at Blakes.
We would like to thank all at L'oreal Professional for a great
year.
Now, this month`s focus is planning our wedding.
Invitations have gone out and with the big day on the 18th
November, plans are now nearly complete.
